Pricing

All Venue Rentals Include:

60” Round Guest Tables & Black Chiavari Chairs

Cocktail Tables & Black Chiavari Bar Stools

Rectangle Tables for Catering, Gift, Registry, Cake & DJ

Lighted Chandeliers and LED Lighting

Onsite Venue Manager to allow access to building and assist with caterers & other vendors

12 hours to allow plenty of time for set up

 

Additional Fees:

Security- $35 per hour and is required for all events where alcohol will be served.

Cleaning Fees-

$150/ Penthouse

$200/ Commerce Room

 

Security Deposit:

$250- $500 security deposit is required for all events (100% refundable)

 

Outside Vendors/ Caterers:

Outside vendors are allowed with proof of minimum liability insurance. If your caterer does not have minimum liability coverage, the purchase of a one- time event insurance policy will be required. The premium for these policies varies based on the type of event and number of guests and range from $150-$250.

An additional 100% refundable cleaning deposit will also be required if using an outside caterer.

 

Alcohol:

You may bring your own alcohol as long as TABC certified bartenders from a caterer or staffing agency from our preferred list are used for serving. We can also arrange for a cash bar to be set up.
